Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping and returns.
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check status anytime by replying to your order confirmation. Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
UK: 2–4 working days. Europe: 5–8 working days. US & Canada: 7–12 working days. Rest of world: 10–15 working days. Times are estimates from dispatch and exclude any customs delays.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hello@funkyheadcovers.com with your order number and the new address and we'll update it. Once an order has shipped we can't change the address.
Yes — we offer 30-day returns on unused items in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
Get in touch within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it. For damaged items please include photos so we can ship a replacement quickly. For lost or stolen parcels we'll open a claim with the courier on your behalf.
Our covers are designed to fit standard driver, fairway, hybrid and putter heads from all major brands. Each product page lists the club type it's built for — pick the right shape and you're good to go.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout and free UK shipping kicks in on orders over £75.
