1. Agreement
By using funkyheadcovers.com you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Orders & pricing
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors before shipping. An order is accepted only when we email you a shipping confirmation.
3. Shipping & returns
Delivery times and the returns process are described on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — no scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to disrupt service, or infringing the rights of others. We can suspend accounts that breach these rules.
5. Intellectual property
All branding, designs, photography and copy on this site are owned by Funky Headcovers or our partners. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.
6. User content
If you submit reviews, photos or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them in connection with the shop and marketing.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
